"I go back to Malaysia every year, and I believe the authentic Malaysian cuisine by Chef Paul are better than most popular places I go to in Malaysia. The fried noodle dishes, “Char Kuey Teow” and “Kung Fu Yin Yong”, the roast duck and chicken, and the Hainanese Chicken rice are my favorites. What I also enjoy a lot is the fusion dishes that Chef Paul creates blending the diverse Malaysian cuisine (a mix of Chinese, Indian and Malay traditions) and taste with Western style cooking such as French and New American. I highly recommend Citrus and Sago catering as Chef Paul is highly creative cooking up tasty Malaysian street food and fine dining fusion dishes."
